Anyone in S.California have spare rims I can rent?

Thanks man but its too much of a hassle and no tires laying around. Its ok, I'll just get it done once the car comes back. If I'm lucky enough

Thanks man but its too much of a hassle and no tires laying around. Its ok, I'll just get it done once the car comes back. If I'm lucky enough to find new rims I can afford then it will be a quick switch once the paint it done.

Appreciate the thought though man! Very cool

If you lived in Australia you could have taken my low rent cheap *** 18" rims. They're sitting in my garage. Done only 250kms in them.

I put Enkei 19" GTC-01 rims on them the first week I got the car.

HAHAHA...thanks Mr Ed, all good brother, too funny.

I'm an Aussie myself, born in Melbourne. Sound like a Yank now though since I've been here so long.

Have pics of your car with rims? I'm still trying to find an aftermarket set I want but havent looked at Enkei's yet.

I've had HKS on 4 cars and loved them. I hear good thing about KW as well. I can't say on the other brands.

Do you happen to know if I can keep the stock height and still have a little room if they start to sag? I keep hearing "they are fully adjustable" however I want to make sure that max height doesnt leave me too low. I only have about 3.5" of clearance, much less and I'll rub...I'm a tad gunshy from past low cars I've owned.

Don't know for sure, but from my past experience with KW from other cars, at max ride height you will still be lower than stock.

Yeah, that's my concern. I want to be able to take it to stock height when using it as my daily driver. lowered cars are tough for me as my driveway is difficult for both my Corp office and home.

I did this on a Porsche Turbo I used to have. Went a little nuts on the mods (nothing new there) only to find the exhaust killed me, the aftermarket clutch was unbearable in traffic (too stiff) and the height would rub everywhere. Stressed me out driving the damn thing and didnt feel like dealing with the hassle of putting it back to stock so I lost my A$$ and sold it. Bummer too as the car was pretty fun and I lost even more $ on its replacement.

I need to keep looking. Probably should just leave it as is but would like the ability to stiff it up a bit, lower it a tad and take it to the track a few times a year. Thanks for the heads up

You might consider the KW HLS system KW hydraulic lift system /// KW HLS helps lowered vehicles with low ground clearance to clear obstacles

Though it might only raise the front
