But I've only ever heard of one person getting a ticket for it, and that idiot was pulled over for reckless driving. The cop added illegal tint (it was pretty much limo tint) and a violation for the Hewlitt Chevrolet dealer license plate frame that was on his car

Florida too. Most dealer plates are not technically legal but it is a reason to get pulled over.
I got mine from Amazon. Simple.
