Thought about getting new tires for my Z today... but ended up buying a bunch of goodies for my Jeep.

I know exactly how it happened. Some d-bags decided to block the ON-RAMP onto Mopac (one of the main highways in Austin) while arguing over an accident they just had.

I went on the shoulder to go around.

All the trash collects just outside of the painted lines. That's an area I try my hardest to stay away from.

HKS on…coming from a Tomei, wow. So tame and refined on startup and while cruising, but on WOT, a nice deep growl. A true gentlemen’s exhaust.

State inspection today, so im un-taping my haltech dash that way they dont get confused. On that note, i noticed that the OEM odometer ticks faster than what's recorded over OBD-II

Some counties do an OBD-II test. I never had any issues going to the dealer in Round Rock or when I did live in Austin proper, but I guess they added Williamson County to the list.

I bet if you actually smog my car it'll pass with E85 and HFCs. I'll see about getting it tested elsewhere or getting the readiness monitors turned back on.

I know my car would pass a sniffer test on e85 and mil spec cats but as soon as you do the obd 2 test it fails because of the monitors that aren't ready

I got the extended bung on my test pipes and passed the test just fine in that regard. I failed because the compressor on my horn crapped out

New horn (with warranty) should be here tomorrow
