Went through a Touchless to, at least, knock the dirt off and to try and get the bird poop off. The poop was still there so I took some detailed spray to it and got it off. Took some picks before noticing that the poop was barely touched.

Not too bad for a 2013 with over 77k miles. This is my DD so I have to decide how much I want to obsess over aesthetics.

The first thing you need to do is get that ugly crooked dealer name off the rear bumper

Take some fishing line (hopefully on a warm, sunny day) and pull it through the adhesive. There are several methods for removing the the adhesive remaining on the bumper.

It's probably a decal, WD40 will take it off. I used a heat gun on low on the sticker from Carmax on my 2012, then hit the spot with clay & spray detailer. Gone in 10 minutes.

I agree on removing the dealer badge! I also need to remove the Nissan emblems to install the Z badges I bought 8 years ago lol.

Sadly, it’s not a sticker.

I always hesitate to recommend a heat gun because most people don't know how to properly use one near paint and clear coat.

Hard to tell from the photo resolution. But to me it looks like it is maybe plastic or metal and more than just a decal. Regardless, heat is a very effective tool when wielded properly.

It was more like a handful of passes with the gun before I could snag the edges with a plastic tool. I got lots of practice replacing vehicle numbers on jeeps & 5 tons.

Made a poultice of white vinegar and punked my sister into holding it on the dealer trampstamp for 15 minutes. Adhesive slid off

I thought you used crayola stencils for the 5 tons?

Found a large amount of standing water inside my Z on the driver floorboard after big rains this weekend Evidence points to a bad windshield install, so Safelite is scheduled to come out on Friday to fix it.

I went through a Touchless car wash last week and the high pressure spray came through the driver's side. The windshield was replaced right before I bought it so I'm glad that it didn't leak from there!

I'm pretty sure that's just a standard Safelite job. I haven't known them to do a good install job.

Depending on where you live, the weather can mess up the install. Safelite installs windows outdoors, so it often does not cure correctly. Your best bet is to take your car to a windshield place that does installs in a climate controlled garage. It's not convenient like Safelite, but you will end up with better results.
