I did notice that I've always had a light oil haze on one side vs the other in the past when cleaning the lower manifold so that may not be the leaning issue (I'm never burning a ton of oil between changes). He's gonna check the fuel pressure to see if that may be it.

When they tested it. The engine may have one cylinder at valve over lap. Where the intake and exhaust valves are both open. Crank the engine over and do it again.
