Turned out to be the passenger side header flange to where the cat would be. Replaced both gaskets for good measure; the original was cooked in two different places. All is well now. And fixed two rattles, one was my exhaust hitting the W brace and the other was my BOV rubbing against one of my horns. What a machine.

That reminds me, I never reinstalled that horn, only running the one.

Dewla dezigns air guide has the horn relocated to the front fastener for the passenger side headlight.
