SPL FUCAs are in. Coated the threads with red Loctite just like Rusty told me to do. Seems like that would make it difficult to align the car, but I guess if you've been around since WWI, like Rusty, you pick up a few tricks...

You was to coat the ball of the ball joint and the pivot bearings with the red lock-tite.

I will remedy that mistake immediately. Luckily, I still have your address, and there's 500 sq. ft. of vintage used-to-be-white, now-beige-and-cigarette/fondue-burns 70's shag sitting by the curb across from my house, courtesy of my recently-deceased neighbor. I'll have it shipped post haste.
