Default Craftsquare mirror adjustment

Okay. Here's the procedure for the CS mirror adjustment.
1) Loosen 10mm locknut with ignition wrench.
2) Cinch down allen bolt with 3mm Allen wrench.
3) Tighten locknut.
Easy peasy.

Finished the SPL FUCA install. Wont be able to get an alignment til next week though. took her out for a quick spin, steering feels much more solid, not that there was much slop with OEM... or maybe it's all in my head..lol

Changing the caster settings will definitely result in a different steering feel, so it's not in your head.

Way different than the Evo-r ones. These have a flat non-bolt like ending to them that you tighten down with a flat head screwdrivers directly into the goodneck. You then have a small 8mm nut on the outside of the goose neck you supposedly tighten down to lock the neck into place. Then the top of the mirror has an Allen key lock for keeping the mirror assembly in place for rotations.

So this came today, courtesy of redondoaveb... tried to install it, ended up going to the ER with a case of prolonged erection lasting more than four hours

Seriously though, it's beautiful.

I showed the adjustment for the tca-f which doesn't have the long goose neck.

I've been working on installing my FI HFC. I tackled the demon bolts tonight, and believe it or not, they came out relatively easily. I soaked them with Liquid Wrench for a few days, and that seemed to do the trick.

I figured I was home free, but noooo. I have the Tanabe Medalion Y pipe, and the nut that's close to the bend is being a pain in the ***. I can't get a deep socket on it properly, because the space is too tight.

I tried a regular sized socket, but the stud was making it "bottom out." So, I used a wrench, but I didn't have enough leverage. Now, the nut is starting to round. Should I pick up a pass-through socket set, or pick up a set of crow's feet?

Slapped this beauty on and took Betty for a spin... steering with this wheel is like caressing a lover's body - hand placement is so intuitive.

Maybe a few last bubbles in the brake lines, gonna take her out later and engage that ABS, shake the last ones loose and re-re-bleed.

Very simple, I was quite surprised. I gave the CF portions of the wheel a ceramic coat as well, should help keep scratches down.
