I found 2 images online. had a guy enlarge one of the pics, sent me back files, then i took it to a wrap shop and told them to use it

So I have heard a few differnt takes on the round weight on passenger side of car.Interested to learn about this.Counter weight?

Weight has bushings and you can turn with hand.Looked on line with no result.Send pic to a few people and they did not know.I went to the Nissan Dealer and showed them the pic.He told me it is an Engine vibration dampner.That would make sense.
I would like to confirm if that is Correct.
