Which 370z to buy help needed

I'm going to get a z but torn which route to go, have 2 choices so here goes

1- I buy a 2010 sport, I'm a lightweight when it comes to mods, springs, axle back exhaust, big oil cooler, or

2- I buy a 2017 Nismo, yeah I know seems easy but do the newer models have enough advantages to make it worth the extra cash?

2017 if you don't plan to mod. 2010 if you plan to mod.

2017 Nismo for sure!

This topic has been beaten to death; buried; dug up and beaten some more. Do a Google search and it will provide you with hours of forum discussion.

In sum, no one has ever purchased a Nismo and regretted it. They are beautiful cars.
However, from a purely performance-to-dollar stand point, you can purchase the Z sport edition and with about $2,500 of mods get 90% of the performance of the Nismo for 1/5 the cost difference.

How many miles on the 2010. Personally the car hasn't changed since it came out - so depending on price point and miles - I would lean toward the 2010

So the common issues the 2010 has the 2017 will also have, over heating for one

If you are going mod. a nismo you will waste your money, on the nismo auctions.
Go with the Nismo.

How about an option like a 2013 or 2014 Nismo...they looked better in those years then the new ones...IMOP
And probably cost a bunch less mid 25k +

Get a Nismo and you will not regret it when seeing a stock or base Z. Get a base Z and whenever you see a Nismo you will be kicking yourself on your 6. I get so many compliments on my Nismo(almost too many) and it's definitely more of a head turner

Get the 2017 Nismo. You don't have to worry about the steering wheel lock, it comes with a halfa$$ oil cooler, better seats, better looks.

I would also recommend getting a used Nismo due to the depreciation of the new model after just 1 year if possible
