You know, it would be really helpful if Nissan could take all of the relevant info and specs for the car and put it all in one place. Hell, they could even make it into a book and give everyone who buys the car a free copy.

That still wouldn't help the OP

That's why the forum is here, to answer the multitude questions that nobody else has the answers to. I can't believe that this question was never asked before?

Chuck33079 05-03-2017 09:25 AM

That's what I don't understand about the OP. Usually, I thought people this stupid keep their idiocy contained to the Facebook groups where being a halfwit is celebrated and knowledge is the devil. People that come here usually have some degree of intelligence. But then somehow we ended up with this thread, so apparently my theory was debunked.

Take it easy on the OP Chuck... It was a simple question and like Nixin said, this forum is here to help Z owners with basic to highly technical questions.
I believe your very knowledgeable about Z's (not sarcastic) and have learned a TONNE I am sure through the build of your car AND on this forum.

While this is true, 'launch control' has been covered in the tuning section, specifically when talking about ECUTek tuning. :tiphat:

Unfortunately, the Google-fu is weak among some....:ugh2:

Scott, completely agreed, but take a quick stroll through the OP's post history. One stupid question is just a stupid question. It happens to all of us. Nothing but stupid questions is something else entirely.

Scott, with all due respect to all the forum members here, I was being sarcastic. Even though I try to turn away and cringe, it simply pains me to read/see such threads/posts as this OP's. It has been his MO from day one. I am not saying that we all need to be engineers, astronauts, brain surgeons, etc. to post on this form, however just a bit common sense and logic should be used before one posts anything.

ScottM 05-03-2017 10:20 AM

I get it now. I didn't know the OP's history. Thanks and my apologies Chuck
