If I remember correctly, Nissan started to apply the new euro-tuned suspension from 2013 models for 370Z.

2009 brochure
 

The site doesn't list the 2009 370z brochure and the link for the 2010 is dead. Checked my files and found that I downloaded a brochure in 2009. It must have been something that I got online from Nissan personalized with my name and local Nissan dealers. I've edited the pdf to remove the personalizations.
