Rear End Noise
Hey guys, maybe someone can help me out here....its started like 2 months ago...I can't seem to find where its coming from. I looked under the car and took off the right end tire off to see if something was loose. Couldn't find anything. Only hear the noise when driving on bumpy roads.
Sound is coming from the back right side it seem. Video link here... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQHP55RxwMM&t=2s |
EW? :ugh:

Do you have coilovers? Sounds like you have a bad shock or 12. I would classify that road as a wash boarded dirt road.
|
-Spare tire loose?
-Maybe fender liner. I've had problems with my front liners. One missing clip made the whole front end sound like it was going to come off. -Did you stop at White Castle before driving down this road? :icon18: |
Check your lug nuts. I have heard a similar sound on a few vehicles where the lug nut(s) was/were loose.
|
Pay close attention to the stabilizer links. Any play will cause that noise.

checked Spare tire already. its not it.
checked fender liner already its not it. checked all lug nuts. its not it. took off wheels and check my coilover...every thing seem tight with the coilovers. not sure where is the stabilizer links location is at? |
How about the callipers and the rotors?
