Nissan Car Survey

Has anyone else gotten the 5+ page survey that Nissian sends out after you purchase a new car? Just got mine in the mail yesterday, and spent a good half an hour filling it out. I feel it is important to us, as car lovers, to do, as it will eventually guide Nissan into the future, hopefully keeping the Z alive, and making it even better!
Happy driving!

I don't do surveys, unforunately.

I got a survey in the mail from Veterans Affairs and they sent a $10 check along with it. I threw the survey in the trash and still deciding on whether to cash the check!

I did that, and now I have another one sitting on my desk at home to fill out by the same company.

I'll probably fill that one out, and if they send another (or I get others because of it) I'll probably just toss them...

I don't want to spend much time on it - though sometimes they have decent "rewards" that make it worthwhile. I hate the ones that say $100 reward, and at the end you get to choose 4 magazine subscriptions. Just give me the f'n money.

i threw mine out after shredding the first page.

Nissan's new car survey has been trimmed down to an email with only 10-15 questions, depending on your responses. You can actually help out a good dealer or screw a bad one by completing the survey!

I got one. It went into the garbage. Then a week later, I got a phone call from some call center. Again, I refused. Especially when the person referred to the 370 as a "Zee" car. In Canada, we say it like "Zed".:icon23:

what survey? bought my car almost 5 months ago, still didnt get no damn survey. is it something only americans get or did mine get lost in the mail?

koeppelnissan 12-09-2009 02:12 PM

Only about 3/4 of customers get it at best. If you don't get it in 2-3 weeks from purchase, you won't get it!

YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING IN RETURN. YOU ARE PROVIDING VALUABLE INFO TO NISSAN THAT IN TURN GOES INTO MAKING A MORE SUITABLE PRODUCT, (370z) FOR THE CONSUMER.
SOME PEOPLE MAKE ME ANGRY,.

I'm waiting for the dealer survey, which I'm going to have a Field Day!

The point of the matter is that Nissan has hired another company to compile a survey and intake data to best steer the company in the future... I feel that it is very important (although time consuming) to do this, as it will show Nissan that there is still a market for such a sports car. It wasn't that long ago that Nissan was questioning whether or not to scrap the Z program all together...

Just got mine in the mail actually. I'll probably fill it out.... don't like the fact that it came from a third party company though.

the one with the dollar is from JD power and associates i believe. After every nissan purchase they send me a letter.
