I can remember when the three grades were only 10cents apart , and off brand gas was 50 cents a gallon cheaper.

The SFO Costco had 91 priced at $2.64 a couple of months ago. Now it's like $3.04 D:

WOW, over $1/gal more for V-Nitro in Iowa? That's crazy.

It's gonna get worse. The thieving Democrats in CA just passed a $0.12 per gallon tax increase plus an increase in vehicle registration fees. The law said that highway taxes were supposed to go to transportation and related projects but the weasels have been using a loophole in the law to put the money in the general fund. And now we need $50 billion in new taxes to pay for highway repairs and construction. We DON'T need a $100 billion high speed rail line that no one will ride, will never turn a profit and will undoubtedly run at least 100% over budget. This is what happens when your state is a one party system, AKA a dictatorship.

Same freekin thing here in Mich. Several years ago " they" asked to raise the sales tax 2% to fix the roads, every one voted yes, and today the roads are crap! " They" also want a high speed rail system, and I agree with you 100% it will never be without subsidies & will be at least double the original cost estimates. What really scares me is that it was only voted down by a narrow margin, it will be back on the ballot in 3 yrs.

A Dyno showed that Shell V-Power Nitro got the same Power as Shell FuelSaver 98 in S'pore....V-Power is useless on N/A Engines, maybe those F.I. will do better.

Useless? That's a pretty strong statement considering it's based on irrelevant data

I don't think Shell was ever trying to claim that V-Power Nitro increases horsepower. Only that it runs cleaner than other fuels - which appears to be pretty evident from the independent testing I've seen. The real question should be are other fuels so dirty that the V-Nitro is worth the ~$0.25/gal or more premium price? Many people, myself included, say no.
