I did the Nissan survey online and ripped the dealer pretty bad, but everything is 100% true what I said

over on the Bimmer board, some members have stated that because the bonus money that new car dealerships receive is based in part on the dealership's customer service ratings, car dealers are very sensitive to these customer service ratings.

Believable or BS?

That's very true. CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is important. A good one gets you cash, better product availability, and other tangible and intangible perks. "Most" dealers work hard to keep this score high. A bad customer review can undo a lot of hard work, or just dig the hole deeper..

I have to call back, we shall see what they do but I plan to fully rip into Classic Nissan even more

They probably already know this was going to happen and I hope they do see this, I already told their GM what I think of them and told them Nissan was getting a letter from me.

Hey but on the bright side it only took them one month to get me my owners manual case!

You don't elicit them, JA...you solicit them, if this post is any indication. Just my 2 cents.
