And even with those it has to be the right style or it looks dumb. And with big enough brakes to fill it out or it still looks dumb.

It's like some people buy fast cars with the goal of slowing them down. The hella-flush thing is more effective to that end, but heavy @$$ rotational mass is probably the next best way to go.

I'm running 20's and I hate them. The extra weight slowed the car down so much. Granted, they aren't expensive (I don't have forged wheels money). I'll be going with 19's after the wife is finished maternity leave.
