2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. With winter tires it does amazingly well, even here in Colorado.

2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. It comes off lease in June with well under the allotted miles. I'll be buying it out, because winter is my bitch in that thing.

05 mountaineer as the daily / work car and my wife has a 08 town and country minivan with all the options for baby hauling and road trips.
I love the minivan, it's perfect for road trips and doing a guys night out and on the way back from a fun night we put on Lion King or some disney movie on the 2 tvs that drop down, and no sane cop would want to pull us over!

2003 Acura MDX with Blizzak tires.
Sadly, the model year JUST BEFORE they had SH-AWD. Mine only does the "lock all diffs in 1st/2nd/R" for when you're stuck or FWD. Still, good ground clearance. |

2014 Juke Nismo AWD. Surprisingly fun and very good in the snow once you ditch the summer only Conti's.

My winter car and general DD is a 2010 Mustang V6 (Pony package). The V6 version is perfectly suited to driving in snow. Always starts on the coldest of mornings and gets up and goes on snow covered roads.

Unfortunately I don't have a winter car yet. I traded in my truck recently for my Z recently. Luckily it has not snowed since I bought it...lets hope February and March are nice to us here in Chicago!

My winter beater/daily driver started out as a $1500 salvage WJ. Since then I've enhanced it quite a bit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsVf...ature=youtu.be Mods: RC 4" long arm lift (includes adjustable trackbar and front swaybar disconnect) dropped Pitman arm 32" tires 1.5" hubcentric spacers RC dual stabilizers 3.73 505 Performance stage II head 0.030" overbore Comp cam Racetech 9.5:1 forged pistons Rugged Ridge header CAI, 2.5" custom stainless shorty exhaust Flowmaster 40 auxiliary LEDs custom paint truck bed liner on the wheels, bumpers, and rockers Here's an old pic without the lights and new front dampers. It may not look like much but it really did start out as junk. It's now a Frankenstein comprised of 3 different WJs and a ton of aftermarket bits.
