Nissan screwed up on this. I understand cost savings and complexity of machines and fabrication, but really? $50K car shouldn't be spared fine details specially if it has NISMO attached

Nissan screwed up on this. I understand cost savings and complexity of machines and fabrication, but really?
$50K car shouldn't be spared fine details specially if it has NISMO attached to it. I'm refereeing to the switch blanks that come with the NISMO because we don't have heated seats or convertible. So, a light bulb came into my head and I designed something for the 3D printing guys to come up with. The Cup holder and blank assembly pop off as an assembly. NO TOOLS required. The Switch blank is attached by 4 screws. Off it comes and now you have a square hole. Problem is, it's not deep enough but it will hold an Iphone5, IPOD or whatever you want immediate access to.
