I will forsure take one of these!!!
Do you know if it can hold a Galaxy S6 with a thin case? |
Actually I don't even care if it can hold a phone. It's still ten times more functional than the ugly block out plate. If anyone is selling these, PLEASE PM me!

So a lot of people want these on the facebook groups and as much as I'd love to be able to make and sell these I don't have the time, capability, nor the desire to do this. However I am giving away the files for free, so if you have a 3d printer or have access to one you can make one for yourself. If you don't I attached a link to a website that you can use to have it printed.
I'll put the link to the files, and to a place where you can have it printed. I did a quick look and you should be able to get it printed in ABS for about $50. Here is the file 370z Blank Button delete by JTM88 - Thingiverse Here is the site where you can order prints https://www.3dhubs.com/ |
Maybe the OP would want to sell these?

It wasn't cheap, but cheaper than a 3D machine. I am in Canada, so things are always 3x the cost of U.S. or not available. I would look around for a local shop and if JTM88, with the files, likes to share the dimensions, you can have it made for you by an online 3D shop. More in the U.S. than Canada. However, I'd be more than happy to get a group buy and ask the same shop t print some more off. I already talked about a discount, and they are game. Just don't expect much. I can see $60 (maybe less) plus shipping. I'm sure I can get them to do all the legwork. Or I can play middle man. I am not in it for profit, nor am I affiliated with this shop. Just helping out. I can get written quotes and receipts for everyone. zz |

I did this today, found a 3D printing shop in my area, they pulled down the file and made it to spec. It fits perfectly! Cost was $50, which was cheaper than adding USB and other switches for various other future projects. Def happy with the way this came out! Thanks for posting the file and great job on your measurements. I went with gray and it's slightly lighter than the accent pieces in the car, so l my recommendation would be to go with a matte black.
