How much is fuel / gas in your area?

How much you guys spend each time you fill up? how much is premium leaded in your area?

Mine is $3.09 / gallon. With a 19 gal tank, that would be $60 per fillup. Ouch.

Island_370 12-03-2009 07:25 PM

this post already exists, but......~$0.70/liter -->$2.70/gallon

Liquid_G 12-03-2009 07:28 PM

i think its around 2.99 here in chicago burbs.. But reg (87) is like 2.59.. So a fillup with premium what 8 dollars more tops?

kenchan 12-03-2009 10:23 PM

i think i paid 2.91 or something earlier this week. i dont remember.

At San Juan, P.R.--near Fort Buchanan--.72/liter=2.73/gal., both Shell & Texaco. Hey, BTW, dudes, is any of you guys an engineer or studying engineering? I wonder what difference does the "nytrogen" in the "new" Shell gas actually make. I've always chosen Texaco, 'cause of the Techron thing, with a fine experience (i.e. never a miss in any of my cars, INCLUDING an '98 Olds Intrigue I used to own). Thanks, and greetings!

Gas Tank

60 bucks to fill my Z today.

How much do you pay to fill your Z?

ChrisSlicks 04-26-2012 08:34 PM

60 bucks is a deal! It takes $100 to fill my truck and for less range than the Z.

Z-Girl 12 04-26-2012 08:37 PM

$73 to fill mine up today. First time in the month I've had it I let it get below half full. Won't do that again. I expect by June it will be $85-$90, oh the joys of living in a tourist state:( But I still LOVE my Z!

kobnj 04-26-2012 08:38 PM

Wow.. and thought $60 was alot!

Mannysrt8 04-26-2012 09:07 PM

Yes it is normal. You have to remember that the Z comes with a 19 gallon tank while the G comes with a 20 gallon tank. The closer you get to being empty the more gallons that you have to put in which would equal a higher gas bill. I see a lot of people are here state side as well from Canada. A thing to remember is that in Canada they go by liters & here state side we go by gallons, so one gallon is about equivalent to 3.785 liters.

nissan_fan 04-27-2012 10:33 AM

$80
I always get $20 of gas when car is at 3/4 of tank.

mike0983 04-27-2012 10:45 AM

132$ In here;-)...

TheGreatOne 04-30-2012 02:07 PM

I finally let my car get down to fumes and I pumped this for a full tank yesterday

RoshDawg 04-30-2012 03:04 PM

About $80-$90 in bay area and so cal..
They're making inexpensive energy expensive so that expensive energy can seem inexpensive

USMCASA 04-30-2012 03:15 PM

$76

SPOHN 04-30-2012 05:24 PM

I never let my car get below a 1/4 of tank so $60 sounds about right.

f00d4tehg0dz 04-30-2012 05:53 PM

$81 roughly here in tampa fl. Lately I've been bad and letting my car get to E. Thus having to fill up to 17 gallons . Gotta stop doing that :(

I will have to check next time..

I own enough Dividend paying Oil stocks, so I never look at the price of gas..

It is how I have done it for years...I "park" money in Oil Stocks and just spend the profits..:tup:

No Prius needed here..MPG is the last thing on my List..

wdkwang 04-30-2012 06:18 PM

gas in nyc is 4.35/gallon so it's about a $70 fill for me

Speedy 04-30-2012 06:45 PM

I never pay attention. All my hot rods take premium, I just look at it as fun tax.

dennis26 04-30-2012 09:22 PM

Chevron 93 $3.86 today.

6MT 04-30-2012 09:28 PM
