I've driven my Nismo with a 1/8 full gas tank at stupid speeds through the corners and never had that issue...

The sound system in the Nismo is not too shabby either. I mean, it's nothing crazy, but I was pleasantly surprised when streaming media through the stock stereo. I've had that thing playing louder than necessary and never had distortion issues. Also, I don't need another 100 pounds in big *** speaker magnets throughout a cabin that is smaller than a medium sized moving box.

As stated, it's a sports car, not a luxury grand tourer. The funny thing is, IF Nissan corrected some of OPs complaints, the car would then be too expensive. Yeah, you can get a decent quality speakers for $500, but comparing aftermarket prices to OEM cars does not equate. Not even closely.

With the obvious history of sports cars by nissan being used for the most extreme sports, having issues like this is counter productive to say the least.

You are a normal civilian driver, you don't stress the car.
people who drive hard have this issue, therefore I'm not sure your input is all that relevant. (no disrespect meant)

Cheers

Im sure there's a fine line between driving your car the right way and beating on your car the wrong way. Since I'm a civilian driver I like to keep it under the line of beating on my car. Since i just street drive it with occasional 1/4 mile times...and even then i still didnt have oil temps problem or car issues outside the facts of what I stated in my previous comments.

Cheers.

I've had fuel starve on the street at 5/8 tank. 3/4 tank on the track. If you never had fuel starve, you never had been close to pushing the car. You've only been to about 70% of the car. :driving:

Get rid of the Electronic Sound Enhancement, or whatever they call it. Sounds like a combination sport bike and the sound your radio used to make when you put resistor plugs in it. It's annoying.

hey dere mike! :hello:

Have to agree, Pioneer HU w/ backup camera, stock door speakers, some $40 pioneer 3.5" rear speakers and a 6" 150w bazooka tube, won't win any shows but it's a million times better than the bose.

fix the slave cylinder and you're pretty much ready to go.

off topic, never liked the early nismo bumpers but loved the wheels, now I love the new nismo bumpers but hate the wheels.

I am opposite. Wish it was more cost effective to convert to the old Nismo front and I love the new Nismo wheels....

I actually like the sport wheels (both pre/post '13) more than the pre-'15 Nismo wheels.
