A tune will not give you sound.

I don't have plan to do uprev. Cai and cats no tune is it ok?? I wanna keep my nismo exhaust.

The rule-of-thumb seems to be:
Intake mods alone do not require a tune
Exhaust mods alone do not require a tune
Intake mods + exhaust mods need a tune
