I keep my foot right by by the brake, and there is basically no one on the road that i take, so saying my reaction time is lessened than that

I keep my foot right by by the brake, and there is basically no one on the road that i take, so saying my reaction time is lessened than that of what you percieve to be your own is quite contradicting. But anyways, my brother's 911 doesnt have any limiters, that is why i raise concerns! I usually only go 80 but i did was feeling rather frisky that morning (it was 6:30 am)!
