IMHO car-girls are like club-girls. Stay away and you end up keeping your parts intact. On the other hand, reality has proven that they are smart and tend to stay with anyone who can provide financial stability.

All of my friends are women . I was told that a woman needs 3 animals:

1. A mink to keep her warm.
2. A tiger in bed.
3. A jackass to do the work.

I use cars to pick up girls, I guess in 2 ways....1st off, if I want just something NOW and temporary, yes I will use my Z....however, when I know I'll be going somewhere where there are girls that are the types you take home to mom, I usually drive like an old beater or my 2003 Toyota Corolla...once they get past the stage of seeing your ride and your daily routine, then you proceed to picking them up in your real car...

Those expensive cars will only help you in getting what i call a vampire, they will see that $$$ and try to suck the life out of you.

My car does not help me get woman at all. I try not to bring it up because if you sit there and try to brag about your car, you sound like a big Dbag. Most girls see through that and will be talking crap to their friends about you. Its probably even worse if your the type of guy most girls are not attracted too (too ugly, too fat, too stupid, crappy perosnality etc etc) and try bragging about it because its even more obvious you have nothing going on and you bought the car because you thought it was a P magnet.

I think there's plenty of opportunity to pick up hot chicks in a nice ride, especially in places that value status symbols over everything else. Try NYC or LA or Miami....

Funny you should mention that. I was looking at a laptop to buy for a Christmas gift and another guy about 20 years old was standing at teh laptop to my right. A 20 y.o. sales girl came up to him and was tryiong to make the sale. They start conversing on a personal level. He's telling her that he

"drives tow-trucks for a living and makes $20.00 a hour and has all kinds of f*cking benifits, and gets alot of free f*cking thinks all the time on the job because he knows just about everyone who is anyone from doing the tow stuff....then he goes on to say that "nothing the f*ck ever bothers him cause he is so easy to get along with".

And she is standing there playing up to this loser and appears to be buying into every single word he is saying....and the swearing just doesn't even phase her!!!

I am standing there and thinking about how if I had been her I would have walked away from and passed him off as trailer-park trash given his mounth.

These kids have absolutely no conception of what a good first encounter should be like!!

I don't have my Z yet but should soon: really want to stay away from this stereotype of cars to get girls. Most parties I'd be going to, I'd park the car and walk up to the party and no one is gonna know what car I drove in.. most clubs I'd go to I'd be parking far away etc., the only 2 sec thrill is revving past the club maybe but you don't really "get" a girl by that :-)

Meanwhile in other local news, a $30-35k Z isn't really "expensive" come to think of it (assuming we all agree you can't get a girl driving a maxima which is really the same price as a Z). :-)

Since Miami has been mentioned a few times in the thread and i live in Miami i wanted to chime in with my experiences with the Z here lol.

First, whenever i take it to the beach, which is pretty much every day when im home, it turns everyones heads. I've seen girls stop their group and point out the car to her other female friends. I've had the Z parked next to Bentleys before and people stopped to take pictures of the Z and payed no attention to the Bentley. Hell, even all the 40 year olds trying to act like they are 20 in their lambos slow down and give me looks... or try to suddenly look and act cooler when i drive by lol.

As for the car helping you get laid its happened once. I was at the beach and my car was parked in the lot right off the beach. Im going to leave and im standing next to the car knocking the sand off me and putting a towel down on the seat when two girls came up to tell me how they thought my car was hot/sexy. I got to talking to them, they were tourist, and i asked them what they were doing that night. Turns out they were here with a group and were going out that night. So i got one of the girls numbers and went about my way. Texted her later seeing if she wanted to go out for dinner and then to the club to meet up with her friends. She agreed, after dinner we go to the club and since i didnt feel like parking 3 blocks away at the garage i just went to the valet line in front on the club. Every girl loves it when you do this cause everyone waiting in line turns to check out the car and whoever gets out of the car so it makes them feel like they are the hottest thing in the world. Got to play into their vanity lol. Anyways, long story short by the end of the night she was in my bed.

So i mean the Z alone didnt get me laid but it opened the doorway!

Actually, it REALLY works the other way. My daughter took the Z autocrossing and had guys hitting on her all day. Especially after she set FTOD in the stock class. (she's a cart racer, Bondurant grad, and very redhead).

If you want to be surrounded by lots of hot chicks, take up ballet or ballroom dancing, or horseback riding. The girl-to-guy ratio really helps your odds of connecting. Being a car guy? Not. So. Much.

i can not see myself ballet dancing/ball room dancing. hahaha.

(already married with kids... and im kinda poor for those reasons. ).
