Responsible driver... LOL come the fk on. Every fkin kid I've seen drive that's under 20 is far from responsible. Myself included.
Add 332 HP and you're asking for a mustang ending. Before you even start to say 'I'm a good driver' do you have any trophy's from kart racing or closed circuit track? No? Then you are not a good driver as far as I'm concerned. You have probably as much experience driving as the age of the semen in my testicles. TL;DR Don't do it. The Z will not assist in getting laid. There is no comfortable positions for car sex. And even if you manage to posture up properly it ain't going to be fun for someone. or both. Plus I don't think OP realizes that the attention he'll get is from the guy's fan boying his car. Unless... you know... he swings that way. |

If I was your age I'd get a low HP car that's turbocharged. As you become a better driver you can mid out more power. I'd consider a base camaro, mustang ecoboost or the ultimate child car. A Subaru wrx. Make sure you get all the safety features in these cars. Blind spot monitoring etc....

Everyone on here seems butthurt that a 16 year old can get the same car as them, or think the kid will kill himself. I drove a 300zx TT with 400rwhp all the time at 16 and I had never been in a car accident until i was 24 and that was at 5mph.
Here's some real advise. 1 - Get a 2 year old car off a lease, not a brand new one. You'll save a lot of money on depreciation. 2 - Get a 4 seater or more, not a 2 seater (go with g37 or 335 bmw which are equally as sporty). While you're in HS and College you'll want to be able to take friends around too. 3 - Take an economics/finance class online before spending 40k on a car at 16 years old (i don't know the rest of your wealth/income so that might not be a lot to you).
