Good dealership experience

I know the title doesn't sound too logical to most people here, but not all dealerships are bad out there. Just went to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax, VA for an oil change (I brought my oil and filter) and state inspection. The service adviser applied enough coupons to lower my bill to $5  (Yes. "to" $5 not "by" $5). I almost wanted to tip him during checkout.

There are good dealers out there but, in my experience, they are few and far between. Glad you found one you like.

I got Lithia here to replace my front tires :-)
Then, they charged me 0$ to put them on
They did not have to do that but they did :-)

It might have helped buying 5 cars in the last 5 years here haha

Lol too true. For 5.00 I would be very very worried. People don't realize when advisors heavily discount work it is by cutting the labor time which is what the tech gets paid by. So by doing so it does effect the advisor pay a bit but he's not really the one doing the work and he will just make it up on the car right behind you. For the tech he just got screwed and now has to sit there and actually do the work while the next car that actually has good time on it can go to someone else.

So odds of the job being done right and with care or just blown out with no ***** given and possibly just have the light reset and shipped to wash (I've seen it when I was a dealer tech so yes it can happen).

Sometime the saying you get what you pay for can be very true.
