Daytime Lights got cut

Hey z community,

so i took off my oem 2013 bumper and put the fuji one on.
Someone hit it and the fender protector on one side started rubbing sometime on tire and there was basically a hole there.
One day i hear something hit the floor and later check that the clip that connected the led had hit the ground and broken.

Does anyone know what its called so i can buy from nissan parts website.

And is there an extender for the wire, cause i might buy the new nismo bumper and hook the led up to it

And does anyone know how i can bond fiberglass
I really dont want to wait 3 months again from fly1.
