BRZ/FRS drivers always pass me doing 200mph flybys like I want to race them all, no idea why :shakes head:

BMW 335s and 328s get on my @ss all the time whenever I'm just driving calmly on a twisty country road. Maybe they're not trying to prove anything, but it's pretty annoying when they get too close to where I can't even see their headlights. I just speed up in tight turns and they fall back. The only American cars that try to have some fun with me on German country roads are Corvettes.

It's a Dodge thing, not just specific to the Challenger. If you're doing 80 on the freeway, it's always a Dodge Ram 3' off your bumper trying to go faster.

This..all day. Had one of these literally try to run me off an on ramp a few days ago. Surprisingly quick truck and a real DB behind the wheel. He was surprised when a Hyundai handed him his ***. 2015 Ram 1500 R/T Hemi Test – Review – Car and Driver

Interesting. I slow down when I'm being tailgated, especially if the person behind me has no escape route. When they can eventually pass, I stare them down. The more I can wind up a tailgater by slowing down, the happier I am. :)

You don't have to worry about me trying to goad you into a race. I had an '09 370Z for a few years and have a '14 Challenger now, so I have some idea of what both cars can do. My Challenger is a great DD but lumbersome compared to a Z.

:icon17:after I wrote this post I thought of you, & was wondering if you were going to chime in!

Lmao, you should live here in Kingman where diesel trucks and muscle cars abound. I don't even play with truck guys and let them have their glory, that is until I get done building my car and then turn my attention to my own diesel truck lol. I sparingly will mess with the pony car crowd, because there are several kids with civics that make short work of them. It's pretty funny to watch it happen because there not expecting those ricer boys to have cars that run in the mid to low 11's.

:) While one of the outrageously overpowered Challenger models might take a Z off the line (there is no substitute for cubic inches), they are still lumbering beasts in the curves. I do miss taking corners as fast as I wanted. ;)
