Default HPS/K&N Installed

Just installed the HPS post-MAF tubes and K&N drop ins. Butt dyno as expected; no detected bump. It does seems to ramp up quicker from 4K RPM up and throttle response seems a little sharper. Install was 40 mins even with messing with the passenger side PVC tube (seems the mold to pointed too far toward the firewall side), also needed to trim 1/4" off the airbox end of the driver side tube. I looked at the long tubes, but like the near-OEM look, didn't want to mess with nose removal for filter cleaning and didn't care about intake whoosh. All in all, 2 bills well spent. Goes well with Stillen cat-back I bought the car with. Next up, high flow cats.

Good job. I just need the hps tubes. Got Berk resonated test pipes paired with a Nismo exhaust. Any reason youre going for HFC's instead of test pipes.

Gotta have cats to pass inspection here. Otherwise I'd go with test pipes.
