Can't find a for sale thread
 

Some guy was selling his FI mufflers he had on his stock midpipe/y-pipe. Does anyone know if this actually works or where that thread went?

Not those. Some dude was selling them in Baltimore or DC.

You may want to expand the search to cover 2 months.

I searched and there was no thread missing/deleted which might of contained FI in the title.

Sorry for not being much Help.

I guess my main question is do FI mufflers fit a stock catback and vice versa.

I have them on my 2010 nismo,and they sound good. I bought the car with them on the car,I looked under it and it looks stock to me. I can see resonators just before the mufflers,im not sure if they are stock or not.

Why not just ask FI?

Last time I tried asking FI a question no one responded to me.

Are you able to get a pic of possible?

I will go down stairs soon and grab a pic or 2.

The pic shows resonators ,then what looks like the stock pipe and cats. I hope this helps.

You have a full FI Cat-back based on those pics. OEM is a y-pipe with some flex. You have the complete FI system.


I figured out my question, but thanks for your help.

I'm going to have a Nismo muffler modified to fit the FI mid-pipe, just need some extensions on the muffler pipes.
