not quite. im saying dont burden the family by being a dad who 'sacrificed' himself for his family. its not fair to the family feeling like they owe something extra back... extra pressure the wife and kids dont need.

a happy dad is much more productive to the kids and brings motivation seeing their adult figure having a great life. sure u gotta work hard for it, but hey, its all worth it.

No reason to say goodbye just because you don't have a Z

Glad to hear you will still be around; your LED DIY is legendary :tiphat:

Also, if no one's PM'd you about the CSC spreadsheet feel free to PM me. I'm not familiar with Google Drive, but I could get it set up so I could update the spreadsheet for you.

Thanks all... I'll visit this site when I have time.

Google Drive is basically "cloud storage." After setting it up, you can create a temporary folder to store "public" files. That way people don't have access to other content you store. Drag and drop the file to the folder and it gets uploaded. Then you can set sharing permissions and add people by username to have edit permissions. I've got about 5 people who have edit permissions.

Thanks, Ken. Always love your wit and wisdom. Selling the Z helps me clear my plate, which will open up opportunities to travel and meet new people. It's difficult balancing home ownership and car hobby. Plus I've got PC and music hobby that is currently in the back burner, but it's nowhere near as costly as a car hobby. So for now, it's easier to have one dependable car and still have a roof over my head. I'd only sell the house to relocate.

Haha should have been more clear. I totally know what Google Drive is. Just not familiar with the interface as I've never actually used it. If you want to continue hosting and just add me with edit permissions, I'd be happy to update it for you. I could take over the hosting as well, though, if you prefer. My gmail account is the same as my user name here on the forum - JARblue.

You know what's best for you, man. Don't worry about justifying your actions to a bunch of random losers on the internet. :icon17:

Shouldn't be a goodbye bro, you're still welcome here z or no z. Thanks for all your contributions to the community over the years. I really enjoyed reading your technical stuff. Your Z was also one of my favorite on the board as well. I looked at your album all the time. Wishing you all the best buddy, come back and give us an update anytime. If you were closer I'd introduce you to my sister :icon17:

:icon17: Who knows... most of the options are crazy, out of the US, or just moved to the US. Last girl literally asked if she could use me as her credit card to pay for stuff. As for the others, I'm tired of telling her I don't know how to read/write Vietnamese... :ugh2:

No problem. I can continue hosting for the time being. I also added you to the edit list.

Not the first with the GTM TT kit, but I was the first on the list with the Fast Intentions TDX exhaust years ago. No worries, the new owner will chime in soon. He's too busy enjoying the car and snapped a few photos.

Best of luck with your future endeavors! Do what's best for you. Priorities change, I get it. Maybe one day you'll find yourself on another Z!
