So then are we saying that the other side is too tight?
The rubber grommetS, both top and bottom, are ther for expansion. Right, wrong or indifferent, the other side should never so loose that it clicks. I have fixed mine and both sides are now equal in tightness. |

No what I am saying is that a radiator has to be mounted in such a way to allow it to expand as the car warms up. Perhaps this is the reason for the "loose" connection and it is not a defect.
