How to get gauges to go all the way around on startup

When i crank my 09 Z up i thought all the gauges were suppose to swing all the way around..is it because its an 09?

Should be a setting in the info gauge to change it

Look at Pg 2-23 of the Owners manual, That's referred to the (effects) option.
