You can use it all the time of you can afford it....but I would do it once every six months or so.

I have used the Valvoline and Techron fuel system cleaners and they really worked. Maybe that's because I had used some non-top tier (cheap) low quality gas stations for a while. My strong torque came back immediately after using them.
