There are two ways I did it in the past. For frame/accident damage, go to a body shop you trust. For everything else like mechanical, electrical, go to a place that specializes in Zs. The first one is pretty generic, but the second is a specialty. Usually, if you know the people who work there, and you're cool with them, a 6 pack of beer or some other token gesture is all they want. But if not, then you got to pay them a reasonable amount of money.
