Contact with Evo-R/Nugen Auto
 

Has anyone tried contacting them for the past 2 days with no reply?
Ordered a part and need the address updated but no one has been replying back or answering the phone....

OP, get your money back now. You'll likely never see your parts. Buy his parts from The Z Store. Call first and see if whatever you want is in stock. Evo-R likes to string people along until they can't get a Paypal refund anymore. Buy through a legit vendor so you can get your money back.

Evo-R got banned for this a long time ago, and it seems like he's still doing the same shady ********.

I suggest that we Z owners boycott all EVO-R items, regardless who they are sold through. If EVO-R is dishonest enough to take our $ without delivering the goods, then he needs to be hit the hardest where it hurts the most, the bank account.

There's a whole lot of threads with people reporting the same behavior from Evo-R going back years.

I tried contacting nugen auto too but no reply lol as long as I get my money back from paypal im fine...but yea it sucks buying something and then no reply or anything -_-

I haven't had a problem with NuGen..

He usually messages me right away, but its already been 3 days.
I'm wondering if he and Evo-R (Jay) are partners. Cause both are mia when I attempt to contact them or e-mail. Hopefully, i'll get a reply back from Evo-R tomorrow cause the money was already processed. Paypal got my e-mail about the issue and said they would contact me tomorrow.
