Rear bumper scrapped

So someone was trying to park next to my car in a parking lot and scrapped my rear bumper while trying to park. I dont know if its a easy

Default Rear bumper scrapped

So someone was trying to park next to my car in a parking lot and scrapped my rear bumper while trying to park. I dont know if its a easy fix or not ? Can it be buffed out?

Why don't you put up a picture, if it's down to the paint past the clear then you'll need to paint and clear

If they are simple scuff, you should be able to buff them out by hand. Try it and let us know.

you need to machine polish that. No way you'll get it off with your hands. And I hope that black streaks are paint from the other car.
