Then that's the driver's fault. Like I said, providing it's not your fault, the dash will help you. If someone is constantly breaking the laws of the road, the problem isn't the dash cam, it's the driver.

There are also incidents where road rage people would try to brake abruptly in front of you in an attempt to put you at fault for any collision, since majority of the time, the one causing the rear end is at fault. But if there was proof that the driver was intentionally trying to cause harm to you, you would have a stronger case. Just food for thought. |

I used to ride many many brands of motorcycles. Sold them all when I had kids. Trust me I understand.

I hear that a lot. I don't look forward to potentially explaining to a 16-year-old someday why I'm allowed to have a bike and he's not.

Definitely sucks, but be thankful for no injuries.
Years back my beloved 280Z was totaled by an *** coming in the opposite direction. He tried to shoot a left turn in front of me and I could barely hit my brakes before impact. I was okay, but my passenger did suffer from whiplash for awhile. |

Until they also add cameras in every stop sign, neighborhood intersection, entire freeway, and all other areas where an accident could occur (which is every feet of everywhere), I plan to rely on myself. |

Sorry
I'm an older guy so naturally it seems to me people's attention and driving "skills" suck today. We have to be so careful in a Z and this garbage still happens. Makes my blood boil. Be careful with the insurance company. My daughter was in a similar accident and, although repairable, the insurance people insisted on totaling the car and some of their figures were based on parts that were not even damaged.

Hey gents, cars will be done by the 27th and taking it to a Poconos meet. I filed the police report that clearly states I had green through the intersection. The woman told her insurance I was under the influence and my headlights weren't on. Lol. Police report will set everything right.
