Tri gauge clock on top of dash

Maybe someone here can help. This started with the time change we all go through. I can set the clock to correct time and be on my way but when I shut the car off it sets itself back to 1:00 again. I can't get it out of this cycle.

Oh man, that's funny!

(No offense, just find it "frustratingly funny.") Do you have the touring package with the screen on your 2016? If so, try setting it there.

I believe (and could be wrong) the 2016 has some integration updates, it might work a bit differently than the 2015.

Does your radio hold its station presets?

MagmaRed370z 05-04-2016 07:32 AM

That must be frustrating. Try disconnecting the battery for 5-10 mins to reset the ecu. replug and test again.

I'll try the battery D/C didn't think of doing that

peppersam740 05-07-2016 04:23 AM

Yes ,, radio is fine and the time on that screen is fine.

Your car is a 16 so it can't be the battery. Are your other presets working like the AC or homelink functional? Storage fuse fully engaged?

Chan Chee Hoe 05-07-2016 09:39 AM

Anyway this Clock is not accurate..

peppersam740 05-07-2016 06:35 PM

Yes everything is working fine , even the clock on the radio screen.

peppersam740 05-07-2016 06:36 PM

Radio does hold settings.

SouthArk370Z 05-07-2016 09:35 PM

It sounds like the clock is losing power when you turn the car off, causing it to reset.
