That is a bit ridiculous. Sounds like nothing was going to stop this cop from writing you up. Steve Millen Sportsparts Inc. and STILLEN are synonymous in almost all things. This is unfortunate and we feel your pain. Sounds like you just got unlucky

, I was referring more to the fact that you can fail a smog check because of visual stuff like hoses disconnected ect, even though you pass the emissions side of the test. Like you said, a cat-back does not come into play for the test but the test pipes would cause a visual fail.

So I just went for the 2nd time to the ref. Failed the visual first time due to the fact Stillen still needs to update the ARB EO # for 15/16 models. Passed this time. I did go and try and pay it off first, but apparently they said I needed the ref certificate or I couldn't smog my car. I think I got trolled by the court lol. Anyway it's all taken care of and only had to pay 25$ correction fee and 8.25$ ref fee.
