My first car at 16 was a 1978 280Z that I worked two Summers to buy.

My second Z 1990 Twin Turbo I purchased in my late 20's

My current Z I purchased in my early 40's and is getting the FI Twins installed :tup:

Man, I wish I had extra cash to put some FI twins on mine. I might start hookering.

I'm currently 22, and I bought my Z last year a little over a month after I turned 21. I drove my friends Z up on the dragon, got a ticket in it, and got one for myself two months later. I haven't looked back yet. This year I hope to get some more maintenance stuff done to it like a diff rebuild and a clutch job, along with some other here and there things besides the usual bi-monthly tire change lol.

Bought my first 05 350z when I turned 22, financed it myself, and upgraded to a 2016 Nismo 3 months later.

Lol I play on a 50 and over softball team and a coworker ask me if I was playing in a tournament this weekend and I said "yes followed by not being able to walk next week" she laughed and said is why you come to work limping. It has been mentioned to me...so far I get a cortisone shot between 12 and 18 months. Oh well it's worth it to know that at 56 I'm still playing a game I have loved since before I can remember. I love watching the 80 and overs play. They get 12 fielders lol. I hope by the time I'm that age bionic knees will be a reality.
