Thanks a lot for everyone in this forum.
**I have got the refund from Fly1 Motorsports**

I never complain about the long lead time or high restocking fee.
The problem is that after Lohit agreed with my refund but he didnt give me my refund until now.


I ordered RS1 fenders from fly1 motorsports (order #00244) through their website on 12/28/2015, about 4 month ago. Before ordering, I asked about the wait time. Lohit told me that the maximum is 4 weeks for those fenders.

About 2 months ago,on 2/19/16, I send an email asking about how is my fenders. Lohit told me 2 weeks to go. However, I could not receive them anymore because I was leaving US at that time. So I asked him about canceling the order for me.

He agreed to refund but -50% from my initial payment as the restock fee and I agreed with him as well.

He asked my paypal and told me he will send my 50% initial payment with shipping fee, a total of $440 through paypal within a week. The last email Lohit sent me is on 3/2/15, and he never replied back my email, never.

I sent many emails through their website but no one reply me anymore.
Several days ago, I replied those under fly1 motorsports' RS1 fender posts, but they just deleted them.

I will update after they give me a response.

That sucks, but I would of just let him finish, send them, then you could resell them for more than your refund would be....

Then again, I do not know your situation.

why agree to restocking when it was never even received?!

i'd try pming them, if that doesn't work, i'd show up at their doorstep. But, I'm local, so in your case, lawsuit.

F%#K paypal call your credit card co that he used and start a charge back/dispute. tell them what happened and if they need the emails you have them. they will pull the money from his account and credit you back right there on the ph He will change his tune real quick If you do that. call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and do it now 24hr service on c.c. co's

At first they told me I could receive fenders in less than 2 months, so I ordered. Now I am not in US and could not receive them. Thats why I want a refund.

I have done mail order for over 20yrs and 99% of my intake of revenue is credit cards so i know how credit card co's function in this situation. they will refund you no doubt

The problem here is their customer service. Also the restock fee does not include the shipping fee, so it's $440.

Why loose out $$? Not your fault they are crap. Go the CC route and get all of it back. Screw them.

I have no idea what and all is going on But fly1 reported this as resolved.

SO your complaint was removed as it should be resolved between you and them privately.

I will reach out to him to address whatever issue you are still having.

D@mn 4 month wait and 50% restocking fee, how do you charge a restocking fee on something that hasn't been made or shipped? Too bad aerojacket doesn't make these fenders, i mean you would have still been cheated, but at least they don't charge as much for parts and shipping so you would initially be out less money. Sorry to hear op, hope everything turns out, its bs that this **** happens. 4 months wait wtf...

Call your credit card company immediately. Once they are in the loop, call the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint.

That's odd. He refunded me in full after I filed a complaint with PayPal no more then 3 days after I initially paid. I hope this works out for you. Sucks that his stuff isn't actually made here in the USA. I want those fenders badly but I may just wait for someone to resell theirs after they've received them and just buy them from them.

I ordered a rear bumper from them and I didn't test fit it because I didn't have my car so I painted it and when I went to put it on, it was about an inch to wide on both sides and I called and he said sorry he can't do anything so now I'm out $1000

Man, an inch wide on both sides? That's crazy...

Are you sure it's installed correctly. Having dealt with my crap fitting Stillen I've learned that the installer holds most of the accountability in fitment.

All the stuff ive gotten from fly1, has been nearly perfect fitment, if not it was like 98% which is still simple for a body shop to fix.
