HELP!Fly1 Motorsports cheated their customer.

D@mn 4 month wait and 50% restocking fee, how do you charge a restocking fee on something that hasn't been made or shipped? Too bad aerojacket doesn't make these fenders,

Too bad aerojacket doesn't make these fenders, i mean you would have still been cheated, but at least they don't charge as much for parts and shipping so you would initially be out less money.
