You're confusing RE-11s with RE-050s?!?!

I DD mine all year long in Boston. Winter wheels are a must if you think it's ever going to snow, or get below 40 degrees. Can probably get away with summers all year long in Georgia if you can WFH on the rare days the conditions aren't good.
All season tires are bad in both the summer and the winter. Don't do that to yourself. My stock tires lasted about 15K miles. Upgraded to RE-11s and never looked back. My winter tires have 15K on them now and have plenty of tread life left. |

Thanks for all the info everyone!
Let me ask y'all this. I had a 2012 Frontier 6 speed, Completely different vehicle I know, but it was powered by a VQ with supposedly the same 6 speed as the 370. I loved the truck, and it was quick for what it was, but I was not a fan of how the clutch acted. It took me something like 8,000 miles to learn how to drive it smoothly. I Had 4 Nissan trucks with manuals prior to it that I was able to shift smoothly with no effort at all. Basically when driving I had to wait a second for the revs to drop between shifts before letting he clutch out. Anytime I wanted to drive spirited it felt like the clutch had some slip to it if I shifted very quickly. How does the 370 act in normal cruise conditions between shifts? Some were saying the Dual Mass Flywheel is why the Frontiers act the way they do. |

As for the CSC issue... Mine kicked in at 30,000... It is bound to go out sooner or later, but I think with some good driving technique (not dropping the clutch, and taking your time to depress the clutch slowly) then you will make the most out of your CSC life. 1st and 2nd gear are rough due to short gear ratios but I never had a problem. IMHO get a Black one <3 |

My garage is full so the Z will have to stay outside. I'm going to try ,and get a Silver one since it will be easier to maintain over the years. Thanks for the info! The Base 370 seems like a lot of car for 30k. Question for everyone, I know this is a 370 page, but what else would you guys consider for a NEW fun DD if 30k was the price cap? I don't think there is anything else out there. |

370z DD?
Don't skip the sport package. You'll be kicking yourself later. Brakes, wheels, and the lsd are worth the price of admission and make it a far better car to drive.

To clarify...yes, swap the tires side to side by un mounting and re mounting. I would get 25,000 miles on my rears this way. Asymmetrical are outside tires, can't swap rim to rim. Directional YES you can. I think with the amount of tires I went through i'd have a good idea...just sayin'

NVM I found out what model. Yours is a base Sport so you got roughly the same deal as I did being your sticker is $33.5 ish & mine $42.2. I just noticed you can't even buy a Touring Sport now. You have to get the Nismo I guess.
