Correct me if I'm wrong, but with an open differential, the engine's power follows the path of least resistance, so when one wheel has less traction than the other wheel, the engine's power will go to the wheel with the least traction. Hence, the one wheel wonder comment.

Or just change the fluid regularly, and the VLSD doesn't wear out.

Actually you can't change the viscous fluid from what I understand, it's separate from the diff fluid.

Yea I think Ima keep it then one thought was by the time I finish paying the new Nismo I could of went FI TT thanks everyone for your replies

I actually didn't know that, but perusing the forum seems to confirm what you say. I guess it's upgrade time when I hit 60k!

the VLSD won't wear out for 60-70k miles a real sports car should indeed have one. this isn't a one tire fire that open diff you have is night and day vs the stock vlsd. and i know this because i also have a base, and the open diff is poop
