You forgot the extra suspension parts to deal with the fact you have hundreds of pounds more weight, and nearly all of it in the front of the car, making a 65/35 split.

Hyperbole. LS3 weighs less than SR20 turbo motor; I bet it weighs less than VQ37....LT-1 is lighter than LS3.

Bigger don't always mean heavier.
