To be honest, you can get the luxury of the Touring or the performance of the Nismo, just by adding aftermarket stuff. Some will debate whether oem is better or worse than aftermarket, but the options are there.
Price out what the aftermarket equivalents would be of the options that come with Touring and Base/Sports (or even Nismo) and see what you're gaining/losing vs going with OEM. No one can tell you which is right for you but you.
