Pharmacist 11-11-2009 07:34 AM

why are the brake rotors shaped so weird? and why do the rear rotors have so much empty space drilled into them?

Weight savings is my guess.

what size oil cooler do you all plan to use? and how are you getting around the fuel starvation issue?

The answer to all my problems in one swipe, exactly how I'm going to run my setup, you da man!

hows a 2:00.502 @ buttonwillow? (13 clockwise Super lap battle/Redline time attack course). The car doesn't even have a panel filter....Kudos to Leh Keen! We almost had the Import tuner TURBO 370 (lost by 0.75 seconds!)....It's not about SIZE its all about CONTROL!

does this add a lot more weight compared to adding an aircooled oil cooler?

Yes running a liquid to liquid oil to water eliminates the need for a oil thermostat plate and gets the oil and water cooling systems running as close to each other as possible. It also reduces demands on the air to liquid... and the ROTREX super charger will need it too...

And finally the oil cooler. We put it in the fender because I like the fact that the water temps are low!(and want to keep them that way).
