I think they are saying that the values are erroneously labeled in lbs but are actually in Nm. So if one uses those numbers and assumes that they are in lbs, they will over torque.

Suspension- Sway Bar Brackets (Front) = 51 Nm (38 ft-lbs)
- Sway Bar ends (Front) = 84 Nm (62 ft-lbs)
- Upper Control arm (Front) = 54 Nm (40 ft-lbs)
- Wheel Hub mount bolts (Front) = 88.3 Nm (65 ft-lbs)
- Steering Knuckle lower bolt (Front) = 136 Nm (100 ft-lbs)
- Steering Knuckle upper bolt (Front) = 55 Nm (41 ft-lbs)
- Shock Top nut (Front) = 60 Nm (44 ft-lbs)
- Shock Absorber mount nut (Front) = 30 Nm (22 ft-lbs)
- Strut Tower Bar = 52 Nm (38 ft-lbs)

Drivetrain- Lug Nuts = 108 Nm (80 ft-lbs)

Interior- Seat Base bolts = 49 Nm (36 ft-lbs)

- Bleeder screw = 7.9 Nm (70 in-lbs)
